Online Purchases

For full price online orders we will gladly exchange or refund for a change of mind  (excluding personalised items and earrings) within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in original condition, unworn and in original packaging.

We do not refund shipping costs. Where the order has received free shipping, the amount of the refund will be less the cost of shipping.  Shipping costs are deemed to be; Australia $7.95 AUD (express $10 AUD), New Zealand $17.95 AUD, International $25 AUD.

We are not responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit. We suggest you use a trackable delivery method when returning items to us. 

Upon receiving the item we will examine the item and confirm whether an exchange or refund is acceptable. 

Unfortunately we can not offer an exchange or refund on earrings, in order to maintain hygiene standards.

Unfortunately we can not offer an exchange or refund on personalised items.

We do not offer exchange or refund on sale or discounted items.

We do not offer exchange or refund on Gift Bag purchase.

We do not cover return shipping costs.
